CREATIVE COORDINATOR
Versus Creative is looking to hire a full-time Creative Coordinator to create a variety of assets for multiple clients, and maintain creative workflow & internal communication. Video and motion graphics experience strongly preferrend.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Shoot, edit and deliver assets for multiple high-profile clients. Assets often require motion graphics, so experience and portfolio is a plus.
Creative for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, Facebook, Snapchat etc.
Assets can include archival editing, product shoots, on-site coverage at events, etc.
Coordinate with Account leads to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and asset organization.
Inclusive of managing creative asset libraries and version control.
Help maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables.
Assist with physical shoots from pre-production through post-production.
Collaborate with the Creative team to conceptualize assets for social campaigns.
Assist in preparation of pitch decks for internal and client use.
Digest contemporary aesthetic trends & consistently strive to produce innovative work.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of professional experience in a creative role.
Diverse video or design portfolio.
Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
Project management or production experience.
Experience with project management (Asana, Airtable, Notion) and asset delivery systems.
Keen understanding of best visual practices for social media platforms.
Unafraid to think creatively and execute outside-the-box ideas.
A strong, proactive communicator, & team player with ability to accept & interpret feedback.
Strong time management and ability to perform under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Knowledgeable and comfortable to discuss popular culture.
